杨代斌， 1972年出生，博士，研究员，硕士生导师。1997年获中国农业大学农药学硕士学位，毕业后工作于中国农业科学院植物保护研究所，2008年获北京大学城市与环境学院博士学位，2015-2017年美国康奈尔大学种子学实验室访问学者。主要从事农药高效安全使用技术研究，包括新型种衣剂的研发、作物对种衣剂的吸收与传导、农业病虫害化学防治新方法和新技术等。先后主持科技部农业科技成果转化、国家重点研发计划和农业农村部财政专项等课题。获得中国农业科学院成果转化优秀团队奖1项，国家科学技术进步奖1项，教育部科学技术进步奖1项。发表论文40余篇。
