刘永强，男，1985年2月出生，山东博兴人，博士，副研究员。

2008年获得山东农业大学植物保护学学士学位，2011年获得山东农业大学农药学硕士学位，2015年获得中国农业科学院农业昆虫与害虫防治博士学位。2015-2017在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所进行博士后研究工作，2016年获得中国农业科学院优秀博士后，2017年作为中国农业科学院青年英才计划D类人才进入植物保护研究所工作。

主要研究方向：葡萄害虫生物学、生态学及控制技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，博士后科学基金面上项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家葡萄产业技术体系生物防治与综合防控岗位团队成员。发表国内外期刊论文20余篇，其中第一作者SCI论文8篇，第一作者核心期刊5篇。参与编写著作两本，其中副主编一本。申报发明专利2项。
